Some destinations seem tailor-made for celebrating the end of the year, and Ilhéus is one of them. Surrounded by lush nature and bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, this city, steeped in legend, takes on a special glow when the Jardim Atlântico Beach Resort opens its doors for Christmas and New Year's celebrations. Between December 23 and January 2, the resort transforms its green spaces, pools, and restaurants into a festive setting.

The Christmas spirit begins to fill the resort long before dinner. The "Experience Christmas in Paradise" project, starting on December 23rd, includes a program packed with activities that combine leisure, learning, and magic. Walks along the seafront, stretching in nature, dance classes, and team sports are complemented by a series of games created especially for children, including the classic Treasure Hunt, MasterChef Kids, and the fun-filled Heroes of Sustainability, which teaches good environmental practices in a playful way.

The magic of Christmas unfolds in unique moments: the Christmas Workshop, where children create their own decorations; the children's choir, which performs on Christmas Eve; and the eagerly awaited arrival of Santa Claus, who delivers the gifts left by parents at reception. All of this takes place in a welcoming atmosphere, enlivened with live music and a Christmas dinner prepared with the care and excellence of the resort's restaurant, the only one in Ilhéus with ISO 9001 certification.

For those who wish to welcome 2026 with joy and renewed energy, the all-inclusive New Year's Eve party at Jardim Atlântico will be an unforgettable experience. The party, which will run from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM, brings together the best of Bahian gastronomy, music, and culture. Music will be provided by the bands Lordão and Circuito Fechado, and DJ Delmário, along with fireworks, Afro-Brazilian dance, and cultural performances on the beach.

The menu is a spectacle in itself: a charcuterie board, antipasti, acarajé (Brazilian street food), and freshly made crepes, plus a full buffet with typical dishes and a variety of desserts. The drinks menu includes 12-year-old whisky, sparkling wine, gin and tonic, beer, cocktails, juices, coconut water, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails. At 4:00 a.m., porridge and broths provide the perfect ending to the evening. Families with children have access to an exclusive children's area, open from 10:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m., with sweets and entertainment to keep the little ones entertained.

Located on the beachfront in an urban setting, Jardim Atlântico Beach Resort is just two kilometers from Jorge Amado Airport and six kilometers from the center of Ilhéus. Set within a 34,000-square-meter natural environment, it features 129 apartments in a historic building surrounded by gardens. Its facilities include a 24-hour reception and concierge service, lobby bar, parking, event hall, courier service, room service, baby room, and shops (chocolates, crafts, photography, and excursions), accessible restrooms in outdoor areas and ramps in main areas, swimming pools for adults and children, as well as a set of circular pools with a heated hydromassage system; a steam sauna; a gym; tennis, beach volleyball, and beach tennis courts; a soccer field; a kids' club; a games room; a massage room and beauty salon; and two restaurants, the only one in Ilhéus with ISO 9001 certification.
